Hello, I’m Enikö.

A person guided by curiosity, depth and a genuine joy for life.

My path has always been a process of transformation. And it is from that path that this work was born. I accompany people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, find their own clarity and lead their life and business from that place.

My Path

From structure to depth

I was born in Transylvania, raised in Switzerland, and later moved to Thailand.

From an early age, I felt a search for something more. More meaning, more connection, more authenticity.

I began my career in IT, later trained as a certified leadership professional, and worked as a business consultant. But beyond strategies and systems, one thing became clear: Everything begins with the person behind it.

A shift inward

Over time, my focus began to change. What I was looking for was not only in business but within. Some of the most important insights came from my own life and experiences - a place of clarity, meaning and truth.

This is where my work began to evolve, toward self-knowledge and inner development.

The Foundation of R1se-Up

R1se-Up emerged from this integration. A space where personal development, self-knowledge, and leadership are no longer separate. But connected.

At the core of this work is a simple path:
Self-Knowledge → Transformation & Self-Leadership → Conscious Leadership

Because when we understand ourselves more deeply,
everything else begins to shift.

My Vision

My vision is that we reconnect within ourselves and beyond. From this place, we lead, relate, and live differently.

With more awareness and more responsibility, transformation unfolds naturally.
