Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who is this mentoring for?
This mentoring is for people who sense that something needs to change, but aren't quite sure what. Often they are executives, entrepreneurs or individuals in a life transition who have been successful on the outside but feel disconnected from themselves on the inside. You don't need to be in crisis to start. You just need the willingness to look honestly at yourself and take responsibility for your own path.
2. What happens in the first session?
The first session is a conversation. Not an assessment, not a structured intake process. You come with whatever is most present for you right now: a question, a challenge, a feeling you can't quite name. From there we explore together what is most relevant and what a next step could look like. There is no pressure to commit to anything beyond that first session.
3. Do I need to go through all three phases?
No. The three phases — self-knowledge, transformation & self-leadership, and conscious leadership — are a natural path of development, not a mandatory program. Some people begin with a single session around one specific topic. Others work through all three phases over time. The starting point and rhythm are always individual. You decide what feels right for you.

4. What is the difference between mentoring and coaching?
Coaching typically focuses on specific goals, performance and measurable outcomes within a defined timeframe. Mentoring goes deeper. It is a longer-term developmental relationship that looks at the whole person — how you function, what has shaped you and how you want to consciously move forward. In this work, the focus is not on fixing a problem but on understanding yourself more deeply so that clarity, decisions and leadership naturally follow.
5. What is Human Design and do I need prior knowledge?
Human Design is a tool for self-knowledge — not a belief system you need to follow. It combines insights from genetics, quantum physics, astrology, the I-Ching and the chakra system to create a personal map of how you are naturally wired: your energy type, your decision-making process and your natural strengths. No prior knowledge is needed — only curiosity and your exact birth data: date, place and time of birth. In the mentoring, it serves as an inner compass, not as a rigid framework.
6. When can we start working on the business side?
Before we dive into your business challenges, I recommend revisiting or exploring the topics from the previous phases in 1-2 sessions first. This is intentional — not a detour.
Your business is led and shaped by you. The better you understand yourself, your patterns and your decision-making, the better we will be able to identify the real bottlenecks in your business and work on them effectively. Self-knowledge is not a soft topic — it is the foundation for everything that follows in conscious leadership.
The clearer you are on the inside, the sharper and more sustainable the changes we can create together on the outside.
